At Castle Family Legal, every enquiry is handled personally by Greg Stevens, a qualified estate planning advisor with more than ten years of experience helping families across England and Wales protect what matters most. There's never any pressure, no jargon, and no obligation to proceed.
Your first conversation is always free. Most clients prefer a relaxed phone call or video meeting, but we're equally happy to visit you at home if that suits you better. During that initial chat we'll listen to your situation, answer your questions in plain English, and explain the options that genuinely fit your circumstances — whether that's a Simple Will, a Property Trust Will, Lasting Powers of Attorney, an Inheritance Tax review, or McKenzie Friend support for an upcoming family court hearing.
We typically respond to phone messages, emails and WhatsApp enquiries within one working day, and often much sooner. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and home visits across England and Wales are offered at no extra cost — particularly helpful for elderly clients or anyone with mobility difficulties. If you'd prefer to meet by video call, we use Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and we'll guide you through the technology if you're not familiar with it.
