Living Wills (Advanced Decisions)

If you are concerned about receiving certain healthcare and/or medical treatments in the future, and would like to avoid certain procedures, we can assist with drafting an Advanced Decision.  Advanced Decisions used to be known as Living Wills.  These are legally binding documents that specify any treatments that you do not wish to undergo should you become unable to speak for yourself in the future.  Examples of such procedures include artificial hydration or artificial ventilation.

If you would like to speak to us in confidence about any questions or queries that you may have, please contact us for a friendly informal chat.  If you think that an Advanced Decision may be useful for you, please read our useful guide and then call us for free advice.
