Frequently Asked Questions

Islamic Wills

  • An Islamic Will is a Will that is compatible with Islamic Law. Some Muslims wish to have a Will that is compatible with Sharia as well as the law in England and Wales.

  • An Islamic Will provides inheritance for family members in prescribed shares. The shares depend on which family members survive deceased person. Please see our specialist Guide for more information.

  • Just like a non-Islamic Will, an Islamic Will can set up trusts, appoint Guardians to care for young children, and provide other gifts, such as gifts to charity.

  • You can see our webpage here, our specialist Guide here, and you can contact us at any time for additional no-obligation advice. At Castle Family Legal we are always happy to help.
